BOB,BOB and I.I are a separate subject that are up to God for their accomplishment and have nothing to do with a Catholics ability to teach that all must be baptized with water and be a practicing Catholic in order to enter Heaven where all are Catholic. -Comment

Hi Lionel,

Let me summarize where I am at in regards to
No Salvation Outside the Church(Nsocc). I could l could provide a century by century
teaching by verification of saint by saint and their concrete specific
thoughts on NSOCC. This way of thinking had been with us since
Jesus was on this Earth on NSOCC. It has been taught and re taught for over
2000 years by countless Saints and supportive Catholics throughout the
world. It had been on the lips of nearly all Catholics until recent memory.
It has only been within the last fifty plus years that this sound and continual
teaching of the Church has not been with us. It started with the letter of 1949 and since this time that NSOCC has been all but been eliminated from our important and vital vocabulary. This central teaching of our faith is now subject to the vast majority of BOTH clergy and the faithful no longer believing in it's up most necessity for salvation.   Bob(Baptism of Blood), Bod(Baptism of Desire) and I.I (Invincible Ignorance) are a separate subject that are up to God for their accomplishment  and have nothing to do with a Catholics ability to teach that all must be baptized with water and be a practicing Catholic in order to enter Heaven where all are   Catholic.

Yes!
In Christ
Lionel

Fr. Leonard Feeney was correct and the magisterium was wrong.

When the CDF makes Vatican Council II a condition for canonical recognition the religious communities must ask the CDF to affirm the Council
